Objective

We will test the mass-preserving algorithm for EPI geometric distortion correction based on Demons registration. Major tasks include finding a stable time discretization scheme and comparing the results of this algorithm with the one from standard spin echo fieldmap.



Approach, Plan

We will compare explicit and implicit scheme.

Progress

We compared the result from one subject between implicit scheme and field map. It shows that implicit scheme works better.
