Objective
Implement Generalized QSpace Imaging Reconstruction method which is used to analyze Diffusion Spectrum Imaging data.
Progress
Code is successfully build on Slicer Framework. Luis lbanez suggested some changes to increase performance of the code. Future direction is to add Fiber Tractography.
