Slicer 3 fiducials loaded into Slicer 4

Key Investigators

Objective

  • Move to a comma separated value file format for the annotation files
  • Remove the need for separate files for each fiducial in a hierarchy



Approach, Plan

  • Make sure that File -> Add Data, File -> Load Scene and Import Scene work after any changes
  • Possibly provide Import/Export for alternate formats?

Progress

  • Pre-project week: working on debugging changes to get File -> Add Data to work
    • Fiducials loading from .acsv files done pre-project week
  • Legacy support for Slicer3 .fcsv fiducial list files added to Slicer4 (via File -> Add Data)
