1. How to build Slicer with "rpy2" or "rmagic" built in?
	-One super build on the server?
	-Other libraries of interest include: SciPy, Statsmodels, and SciKits

	
2. How to automatically update the extent of the region of a volume.
	Sometimes when applying a transformation (TPS) to a volume part of the volume is shifted
	out of the field of view, aka it is not longer in the 512*512*512(466) box and hence forth is no longer 	  visualized.

3. How to link to VTK update port.
	-Call .Modified() always

5. Deep copy of volume and creation of all the necessary volume nodes.

6. Get all points with a set distance of one point. 

7. ScalarOpacityUnitDistance. What is it?  How should if be set to be consistent with across volumes with with different spacing.
 
8. Progress bars in python.  Seemed hard to do in python easy to do in c++.

9. Metadata storage and axis for covariance 

More general concerns about usability:

1. Small voxel size rendering (opacity) or the unit issues (large displacements of the volume during manual transformations)
2. Related: Fiducial and text size
3. Metadata storage within the scene
4. Specimens going out of FOV in VR window when center is used. 
5. VTK glyphs
6. ROI interface is confusing. Can ROIs be bound the volumes?
7. Using label maps (which highlight the domains -e.g. regions where a specific gene expressed, or anatomy specific bones etc...)
