<h1>Upenn Job Posting: Postdoctoral Position in Medical Image Analysis</H1>

A post doc position in medical image analysis is available at the [[www.rad.upenn.edu/sbia | Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA)]], of the Department of Radiology, University of Pennsylvania. SBIA has been a dynamically growing medical image analysis group, including 30 researchers and many collaborators from diverse fields.

The successful candidate should have a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Experience in medical image analysis with an emphasis on medical image segmentation is highly desirable. People with strong programming skills and experience in large open source software development are particularly encouraged to apply. The research will focus on enhancing personalized medicine by creating novel segmentation algorithms for applications in cardiology
and ontology.
