<h1>UPenn Job Posting: Software Engineer for Medical Image Analysis </H1>

A software developer position in medical image analysis is available at the Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA) <http://www.rad.upenn.edu/sbia>, Department of Radiology, University of Pennsylvania. SBIA has been a dynamically growing medical image analysis group, including 30 researchers and many collaborators from diverse fields.

The successful candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Strong programming experience in C++ and familiarity with ITK and VTK are highly desirable. The hire would be responsible for expanding and maintaining the current software infrastructure at our lab. A successful candidate will be a strong team player who will work with researchers to conform their code to software engineering principles, and port and package the code into next generation software for medical image analysis.
