Modify the XNAT Desktop user interface to have a more PACS-like interface while accouting for complexities of research data that aren't part of typical patient-centric interfaces.

Use well-recieved interfaces (Osirix, GE) to motivat the new XND interface. Continue developing mockups and iteratively implementing in XND.
