We are developing a case-specific registration module capable of handling the different image types used at the CARMA Center (e.g., LGE-MRI, MRA, CT) [http://www.na-mic.org/Wiki/index.php/DBP3:Utah:RegCases]. The goal is to improve the accuracy of the current registration methods by defining case-specific parameters.

Our approach for registration is parameter optimization for the current ITK registration approaches.

Our plan for the project week is to further define the registration cases and begin implementation in Slicer 4.
