During the 2013 instance of the [http://www.dti-challenge.org/ DTI Challenge] the discussion turned towards establishing standards for clinical imaging for DTI post-processing. This page will serve as a place for capturing and organizing the activities.
*The community is invited to contribute sample data sets with documented acquisitions.
**Anonymized and defaced data only. You might want to contribute DWI data using the Nrrd format. The datasets should include T1,T2 and DWI scans.
**We have enough data from healthy subjects. We are looking for clinical data from patients with gliomas W.H.O Grade 1-4 close to the motor cortex.
