The objective of the workshop is to introduce clinical researchers from MSKCC to the basics of segmentation, registration and 3D visualization of DICOM images using 3D Slicer. The workshop will be organized in a series of hands-on tutorials using the new Slicer4.6 release version of the software and pre-computed datasets.
