 * Amazon cloud is a good starting solution, as long as we don't work with patients data.
 * Once we need our own place to add patients data, we can clone what is on amazon cloud and put it on the cloud at each institution.
 * Partners already has a cloud. It does nor work too well with Windows because it has a small footprint memory. A solution is to use LINUX.
