== mi2b2 software update ==
* Bill reports that mi2b2 Version 6 is now fully functional and deployed at MGH on the development server. They tested it against the 5% of requested studies that had failed on prior versions and all but 1 scan has been returned successfully. That single study failed because of timing out on the PACS side. They are now migrating it to the production server.
* It is ready to deploy on the MGH production server.
* The BWH servers are not yet deployed, and it is likely to be the end of the month before we have access to them.
* No word yet from BIDMC or CHB.

== Future planning ==
It is now time to:
# develop training materials (manuals, tutorials, etc)
# develop our maintanence strategy
# choose a website for deployment (leaning towards the i2b2 Community wiki)
# schedule next presentation to Advisory Board. Shawn suggests doing this 3 times, once each for Partners, BIDMC and CHB. At each meeting invite the mi2b2 leaders, Advisory Board members and representative SVPs from each institution. Site leaders to help do the organization. Randy will work on this.
