I've implemented a useful entropy minimization method for correcting intensity artifacts in, for example, MR scans (c.f. Paul Viola, J-F Mangin). Furthermore, we have extended this idea to the minimization of the relative entropy between scans. The later can be used for, say, the standardization of MR intensities across subjects.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As these methods are related, I would like to see them incorporated in a proper C++ class hierarchy implemented using ITK.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
