Due to the upcoming release of Dart 2, Martin and Jim discuss the necessity of the population studies framework discussed in the first programming week (summer 05). A decision will have to be made for the project week this summer. Either the project is taken back up during that week, or it will be dismissed depending on the support of the project in core 1 and 3.<br />
