* Multi-site test-retest reproducibility of cortical thickness: MP-RAGE seems better than multi-echo multi-flip angle FLASH (MEF). Still working on analysis to see if the multispectral information of MEF can be optimized further to improve CNR of gray/white matter and consider alternative acquisition improvements (X. Han, B. Fischl)
* Multi-site test-retest reproducibility of subcortical volumes: Overall, mef doesn't outperform mprage for all structures, but does for most of them. Using the atlas built separately for mef itself improves the results a lot. The longitudinal processing scheme further improves the reproducibility of mef. Working on a manuscript (X. Han, B. Fischl)
* Validation of B1 inhomogeneity correction: Jorge to analyze Sonata/Avanto upgrade data to evaluate correction effects on reproducibility (image intensity and morphometry) (J. Jovicich)
