=Introduction=
The 3D Slicer Mount Sinai workshop is a half-day course that will provide an introduction to the 3D Slicer software for medical image analysis and 3D visualization. The course will cover the basics of how to load and visualize DICOM images in Slicer, and will provide example of diffusion MRI analysis workflow for surgical planning of tumor resection.
