<p>Update from Wiki</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>The current state of fMRI tools in Slicer 2.5 are shown in the Slicer Training 5 section at the bottom of [[Slicer:Workshops:User_Training_101|the User Training 101 page]].<br /> <br /> Significant further development, with an emphasis on the data management and visualization aspects, are expected to continue with the renewal of the [http://www.nbirn.net/TestBeds/Function/index.htm fBIRN].<br /> <br /> Through NAMIC, the Slicer fMRI team hopes to adopt a statistics framework that will allow Core 1 algorithmic developments to be directly plugged in to the current Ibrowser/fMRIEngine systems for compatibility with both Core 3 data and with other investigators including the fBIRN users.<br /> <br /> The meeting [[Engineering:Core_3_Programming_Week#1_Feedback|Tuesday afternoon September 27, 2005]] will work out the implementation of that statistical framework using ITK.
