DTI Meeting 3/15/2006

Slicer updates:

  • Reading of gzipped NRRD volumes now works (writing was already supported)
  • Scalar map creation no longer crashes


Conversion to NRRD:

  • PNL will work on putting L1[xyz] scalar map creation into Slicer
  • Gordon and Marc will meet about getting consistent tensor measurements
  • Masking: this is just a display issue right now, so does not prevent move to NRRD
    • Raul is working on fixing this bug and providing more user control over the masking threshold


New Researcher

  • Dr. Oh is a researcher from Korea who already has some DTI publications; he will be joining us later in the year. Marty will send out his CV.
