Transforms loaded as .mat cannot be saved as .mat. Is there a loss of precision in transform shuffling?
EM segmenter does not save some fields in the MRML
extensions are not in Slicer path
BRAINSFit version as of Oct 8 is broken -- need to revert to 301 that was used by AF earlier
Slicer slider has inconsistent response to the clicks to the side of slider -- ignores clicks, then jumps -- very hard to do small adjustments
See the directions matrix feature available in Slicer2 missing
sometime when the transform is modified, it shows up as "Modified" in Slicer save dialog, but the checkbox is not set

N4ITK with the threaded bspline filter cannot handle tilted FOV volumes
confirm N4ITK doesn't work with OrientedImage class
BRAINSFit extension is totally broken as of Oct 9 svn
investigate the cause of BRAINSFit failing in BSPline registration when mask is used and FOV tilted
