- Laptop with enough graphics and memory: dedicated graphics accelerator, 512M graphics memory, 3-4GB of main memory
- Slicer 3.5 RSNA downloaded, installed and working on your laptop. Select Snapshots and 3.5 RSNA Nov 06 if you use Windows.
- downloaded and installed the demo data sets.
- The pdf with step by step instructions along with the tutorial 3D Visualization dataset serve as an introduction to the capabilities of the 3D Slicer software.
- Neurosurgical DTI demo
