- An helical phantom that simulates a 6 gradients DWI acquisition is available on the Birn portal:
/home/Projects/NAMIC_DTI_VALIDITY__0074/Data/helix_phantom
- The Regions of Interest defined for the tracts of the study work for the Fluid Mechanics Tractography algorithm.
- Nathan Hageman is generating a second DWI phantom to mirror the experiment with the same acquisition parameters as the ones used for the MIND subjects.
The new phantom will be posted in /home/Projects/NAMIC_DTI_VALIDITY__0074/Data/helix_phantom_NAMIC_DTI_validity.
- A description of the different files present in the phantom directory, and instructions for how to use the data will be posted in
/home/Projects/NAMIC_DTI_VALIDITY__0074/Docs.
- Jim Fallon has been invited to give inputs on the definition of neuroanatomical landmarks and fibers of interest.
