Corpus Callosum Fiber Tractography

Objective
Previous studies have observed morphological abnormalities of the corpus callosum in schizophrenia (link to paper below), while other studies have shown abnormal brain activation during memory tasks. The goal of this project is to examine the integrity of fibers in the corpus callosum in patients with schizophrenia and determine whether this is associated with brain activation during memory tasks.
Progress
Fiber tractography method developed and we have begun to apply it to data collected thus far. An example is pictured below. A link to sample DTI data is also below.
