RSNA 2010 AudioVisual Guidelines

To enhance the meeting room environment at RSNA 2010, all screens will be 16:9 widescreen format, not 4:3 as in previous years. To take full advantage of the new widescreen format, build or convert your presentation to 16:9. If you use 4:3 as your presentation format aspect ratio, your presentation will be "pillar boxed" on the 16:9 screens. Please download the below to assist you in your preparations.

Speaker Guidelines:

For Windows Users:

For Macintosh Users:

For Posters and Booth Slides: The program department does not offer slide templates. We provide support for mounting and display of exhibits, but preparation is the responsibility of the author. Handouts can be in any format (the most common are powerpoint, or a .pdf of an article). These can be sited at the presenter's site (either his own or the institution) and he can submit a URL to the site, which we will add to his course in the online program. There will also be a list of URL's in the education area of our website. Or, the speaker can choose to upload his handout to our site. This feature will be available in the next few days, and can be accessed through our faculty website (http://abstract.rsna.org/rc.htm)

If you have any special requirements – i.e., sound, Internet, use of your own computer – please contact Kim Christianson at kchristianson@rsna.org or Janet Cooper at jcooper@rsna.org. All special requirements are subject to review for approval.

Beginning in mid October, you will be able to submit your presentation in advance by accessing the RSNA submission site. Information on how to access the site will be sent closer to the date.
