Team: Xenios Papademeteris, Noby Hata, Haiying Liu, Isaiah Norton, Jean-Jacques Lemaire, Madeline, Steve Pieper

Goals: To troubleshoot the combined use of Slicer/BioImage Suite/BrainLab VVLink for Neurosurgery at BWH.

Approach: This is an ongoing project, and the goal for this week is to examine why we were unable to use these three packages together in our last attempt at BWH.

Xenios Comment: The first thing to check is the firewall parameters on VVCranial ... this is the ultra-insecure setup in the lab machine.

Results:

  1. Fixed tracking data updating issue in Slicer3 from BioImage Suite
  2. Working on the triggering of realtime tractography from tracking data
  3. Almost ready for clinical trial
