Objective

The goal of this project is to make progress in creating slicer3 tool for segmenting and performing volumetric, as well as cortical thickness analysis of DLPFC.

Approach, Plan

We plan to finalyze EM segmentation optimization for newly acquired structural 3T data, and compare the results with 1.5 segmentation.
