Objective

The goal of this project is to make progress in creating slicer3 tool for segmenting and performing volumetric, as well as cortical thickness analysis of DLPFC.

Approach, Plan

We plan to: 1. Finalize EM segmentation optimization for newly acquired structural 3T data, 2. Integrate bias field correction into the segmentation tool, 3. Run the segmentation on 1.5T and 3T NAMIC datasets, and compare results 4. Start incorporating geometric boundary module into slicer3
