Objective
The goal of this project is to make progress in creating slicer3 tool for segmenting and performing volumetric, as well as cortical thickness analysis of DLPFC.
Approach, Plan
We plan to: 1. Finalize EM segmentation optimization for newly acquired structural 3T data, 2. Integrate bias field correction into the segmentation tool, 3. Run the segmentation on 1.5T and 3T data from the dataset of the same subjects, and compare results compare the results with 1.5 segmentation. We plan to
