Project

Objective

Implement Generalized QSpace Imaging Reconstruction method which is used to analyze Diffusion Spectrum Imaging data.

Approach, Plan

We will use ITK Filter framework to create a Reconstruction Filter.

Progress

Code is successfully build. Luis lbanez suggested some changes to increase performance of the code. Future direction is to add Fiber Tractography.
