Key Investigators

  • University of Utah: Steve Callahan
  • UIowa: Mark Scully
  • GE: Jim Miller

Objective

The objective is to implement Volumetric Tractography in DTI for segmentation purposes. Given two seed regions, the algorithm computes the minimum path through the volume between the two seeds and segments the volume on a given threshold.

Approach, Plan

Create a new module

Progress

A working module has been implemented and works as should. Needs testing code and tutorial, fine-tuning of inputs and outputs, and integration into Slicer.
