ODF computation through fiber counting

One slice of the computed ODF

Key Investigators

  • UNC: Yinpeng Li, Ipek Oguz, Martin Styner

Objective

To compute ODF data based on tractography results. The results can be used to rebuild the signal data or used in connectivity analysis.

Approach, Plan

Two-tensor UKF tractography 3-D histogram through highly-subdivided icosahedron

Progress

The ODF data has been written into NRRD files. Currently I'm doing error estimation.
