Objective
We are exploring a tool for multi-atlas-based segmentation for the head and neck.
Approach, Plan
Implement the tool to explore optimal combinations of registration and voting methods.
Progress
We have written a weighted voting method and tried with some registration techniques. We also tried majority voting.
