Objective

Transform Recorder is a Slicer4 module that receives transforms through an OpenIGTLink connection. Using these transforms, various economy of motion characteristics can be computed for surgical procedures. The trajectory analysis the Transform Recorder module provides will be useful information for a surgical navigation system.

Approach, Plan

The PLUS (Public Library for Ultrasound) library will send OpenIGTLink messages to Slicer. The incoming transforms are used to update surgical tools in the scene.
