Objective

Register CT images of livers taken at different time points. Detect changes in tumors.

Approach, Plan

Segment bone using upper and lower Hounsfield units. Fixed registration of bone near liver using BRAINSFIT in slicer.

Delivery mechanism

This work will be delivered to the NA-MIC Kit as a Slicer extension.
