Project Description

Objective

  • We have developed several tools to perform SPHARM-PDM shape correspondence.
  • Most of those tools are compatible with Slicer4 and are available in different repository such as NITRC (www.nitrc.org)
  • We plan to integrate all those tools as Slicer4 extensions to make them available easily to the entire Slicer community

Approach, Plan

  • Verify compatibility of the different tools with Slicer4
  • Integration of those tools as Slicer4 CLI modules
  • Integration of those tools as Slicer4 extensions

Progress

  • SPHARM-PDM as CLI module works in Slicer4. Hurray!
  • Extensions prepared, need to package the code
  • Detected few bugs in the spharm-pdm code, fixing at the moment
  • Self-imposed deadline for having this up. March 2013.
