TODO: add images

Key Investigators

  • UIowa: Hans Johnson, Dave Welch

Objective

Add spatial and tissue class priors, AC-PC alignment, all images and labels at same resolution (0.75 mm isotropic)

Approach, Plan

  1. Register latest SPL atlas to AC-PC aligned space
  2. Resample label image to 0.75mm resolution
  3. Create new tissue prior probability images from 1457 subjects in HD dataset
  4. Clean and fix prior images (cerebellum WM vs. cerebral WM, etc.)
  5. Register and resample prior images to 0.75mm
  6. Create basal ganglia region
  7. Reconcile overlapping prior maps to normalized probability

Progress

Completed:

  1. Register latest SPL atlas to AC-PC aligned space
  2. Resample label image to 0.75mm resolution
  3. Create new tissue prior probability images from 1457 subjects in HD dataset

In progress:

  1. Clean and fix prior images (cerebellum WM vs. cerebral WM, etc.)
