Objective

• To create a tool for validating deformable image registration

• Create scripted modules for DIR validation using
  • vector field
    • output determinant of Jacobian matrix image
    • statistics of the determinant of Jacobian matrix
  • landmarks
    • separation distance between corresponding landmarks
    • statistics of the separation distance
• Integrate modules with Plastimatch and SlicerRT
