Within oncology, quantitative image feature extraction for prognostic or predictive biomarkers is an actively studied field. Here, we want to build an analysis environment with 3D-Slicer, that allows for flexible feature extraction and visualization. We want the tool to be usable from both Python and Matlab, as well as allow for batch processing of patient data.<br />
