Project Description

Objective

  • To establish the methods found in Heterogeneity CAD for prostate MRI purposes

Approach, Plan

  • Use a test data set of histologically confirmed prostate MRIs for training and testing
  • Identify statistical methods for best analyzing the results of the quantitative approach
  • Establish automated pipepline
