Project Description

The Chest Imaging Platform (CIP) is a general purpose library for analysis of chest images for the characterization of chronic lung diseases. SlicerCIP is the Slicer Extension that interface with CIP and provide access to the CLI toolkit and integrated clinical workflows.

Objective

  • Improve the packaging of CIP into the Extension
  • Advance in the integration of Anaconda as the python distribution
  • Create module layout for the extension

Approach, Plan

  • Create new release of CIP (v.0.3.0)
  • Update the extension to build against the latest CIP

Progress

  • CIP is in release 0.2.0.
  • SilicerCIP superbuilds CIP
