Project Description

Objective Approach and Plan Progress and Next Steps
  • The Neuronavigation setup at BWH AMIGO includes Brainlab, Slicer, BK Ultrasound. We are interested in exploring the integration of ImFusion software for initial MR-US registration in this system.
  • Discussions with SINTEF team about their experience in integrating ImFusion at their site
  • Architect the solution for BWH AMIGO system
  • Very productive discussions were held within the team.
  • The lumpNav SliceLet from Queens will be explored as a model for the next generation neurosurgery software in AMIGO.
