Home < Algorithm:Highlights for SLC AHM

This is a preliminary list of projects that we might be able to highlight at the AHM in SLC on Feb 21-22. We expect this page to be updated at least a few times between now and the AHM.


  1. MGH/BWH: QBALL/ODF visualization in Slicer (Dave Tuch, Josh Snyder, with help from Gordon Kindlmann)
  2. UNC/MIT: format for population shape data (Martin Styner, Polina Golland)
  3. MIT/BWH: Addition of DTI clustering module to Slicer (Lauren O'Donnell, C-F Westin)
  4. UNC/BWH: Initial shape anaylsis on schizophrenia data -- adaptation of current 2d method (Martin Styner)
  5. GATech/Utah: Eric Pichon's fast marching module in Slicer and/or ITK (Eric, Josh Cates)
  6. UNC/BWH: Demonstrate use of SpatialObject library with Slicer (Julien Jomier, Steve Pieper)
