Chris (other i2b2 team), Steve, Yong, Shawn, Dan, Tim and John from Wash U- 9:30 AM pre-call Optical imaging is custom for each

• mi2b2 STAR-D installation site update:
  • (CHB) Paul and Chris finished the mi2b2 STAR-D installation on a Windows XP platform and it now logs into the Children's PACS. Paul wrote up the installation instructions, Chris added screenshots and will add it to this wiki page.
  • (BIDMC) Jesse no specific problems with it, but earliest would be July. is meeting this afternoon with Chris H and BIDMC Radiology IT.
  • (BWH) Chris will make an appointment with Kathy to do the BWH install as soon as possible.
  • (MGH) Darren Sachs schedule time with Chris is Friday is week for the installation.

• IRB update: Jesse will wait to submit his IRB until his server is up and running. Bill and Paul finished their CITI training. Charles confirmed that Dan Nigrin has the info to add them and Chris to the CHB IRB.

• Granularity of Image Data transfer: Should mi2b2 retrieves be configured to transfer that medical image data at the study level, series level or image level?

On going Action Items

1. mi2b2 installation at MGH then BWH this month, BIDMC next month
2. Finish amendment to CHB i2b2 IRB to add mi2b2 study personnel
