mi2b2 software/hardware update

  • At BWH the production version of mi2b2 is still up and running. Bill is working with Steve and Ron on their project. There are still a couple of issues during the download and the C-find that are in the process of being resolved.
  • Dave talked about the design of the different tabs and what he plans to improve to make them as user friendly as possible. It is important for the user to be able to follow the whole process and in case of problem to be able to pinpoint where and when it happens.

Baby brain project

  • Valerie has identified 70 normal studies among the 1 week-old babies from CHB. As soon as mi2b2 at CHB is ready, we will start a search with these MRN.

Additional projects

  • Carotid project at BWH (Valerie and Todd Perlstein). Valerie will do the RPDR query to identify the cohort of patient. We need to decide the path where mi2b2 will load the images. We want to test how the decompression of US images will work. It is also important to know if we need to use the mi2b2 viewer or if we will use the US software to analyze the images.

Manuscript for JDI

  • Randy sent a first draft to Shawn that he will organize to best fit the JDI requirements.
