'1. Introduction

First all the participants at the meeting introduced themselves, gave a brief update on their background and talked about what they hope to achieve within this project.

• Randy Gollub.
  

Randy is from MGH, she is the co-director of the Catalyst Imaging Consortium and the co-Investigator on this ARRA supplement. She will be in charge of all the administrative tasks. The first thing that she did when the funding of the supplement was announced is to offer a full time job to a Computational Engineer that has a lot of experience in imaging data repository. He will join the team in a couple of months.
