Discussion
- Steve proposed to use DCM4che as a DICOM communicator (open source) to replicate a PACS and allow the group to test query-retrieve, storage,...It will be an end-to-end prototype of what the clinical system would look like. It will be quick to set up because it does not require any authorization from the Radiology Departments and there is no policy issues involved because there will be no sensitive clinical data in it.
