Roadmap

  • Structural Pipeline, initial focus
    • Bias field correction missing (independent of EM) – slicer module/ITK
    • Intensity normalization missing – slicer module/ITK
    • Skull stripping (PNL currently using FSL BET) - slicer module/ITK
    • EMSegmentation (still some issues with slicer3 module vs slicer2 -- being worked on, ball in Sylvain's court)
    • Unbiased atlas creation (several people working on it, no finished tool yet) – on-going work

To do

  • Work with Core 1 to obtain algorithms
  • Assign owners to tasks
  • Define schedule

Schedule

  • xx/xx/2007 - White matter/gray matter segmentation of the young brain using UNC technique as a Slicer3 module

Team and Institute

  • DBP PI:
  • NA-MIC Engineering Contact: Brad Davis, Kitware
  • NA-MIC Algorithms Contact: Polina Golland MIT
