Objective

Determine the requirements and implementation strategy for longitudinal registration of sequences and lesions maps

Approach, Plan

Work with kilian on tumour growth visualization and models to gain insight on whether or not such tools and approach will be useful for longitudinal lesion analyses. Work with Jim Miller on assessing compare view? Work with whoever? might have longitudinal registration tools?

Progress

We made good progress assessing the current NA-MIC kit components for our needs for longitudinal registration and time course analyses. We met with Ron on a demonstration of Compare View We met with Kilian on a demonstration of Tumor Growth
