- coarse registration MRA>cMRI
- ROI definition (manual box ROI or automated via atlas)
- N4 bias field correction for the MRI (surface coils): requires definition of ROI, unlikely to be successful on entire image
- refined registration intra subject MRA->cMRI
- segmentation of LA from MRA -> inner wall
- segmentation of LA wall
- segmentation of enhancement within LA wall: intensity statistics
- registration follow-up -> baseline
