Module Description

This module implements case-specific registration for cardiac LGE-MRI and CT images. The input to this module is two image volumes. The user then selects from a set of presets based on the type of images. Registration parameters are tuned for the cases listed registration case.

• This module is meant to be used for cardiac LGE-MRI and CT scans acquired at different time points or across different patients.
