    • first neuroimaging studies completed.
    • Engineering of a "single click" segmentation tool to facilitate user interaction.
  • early 2005: Start of Neuroimaging study using the new brain tissue classification technique.
  • Late 2004: Tuning and testing for a large data set.
  • Early 2004: Robust Implementation of an Atlas Based segmentation algorithm in slicer.
  • pre-NAMIC: Testing of EM segmentation code provided by Kilian Pohl.
